How to apply

To apply for participation in an event, you need to log in to your profile. If you don’t have one yet, please register. Then, on the event page, click the green “Apply” button. The text on the button may vary depending on the organizer. After clicking, an application form will open — fill in the required fields and click “Submit.”

Before filling out the form, we recommend checking that your personal data, contact information, and education details are filled in your profile under “My settings”. These details are often required when submitting an application and are automatically added from your profile.

After submission, your application will appear in the “My applications” section of your profile, where you can track its status and, if necessary, create a presentation, respond to co-authorship requests, take a test, and more.
