How to create a new event

To create a new event, you need to log in to your profile. If you don’t have one yet, please register.

  1. Log in to your profile or register;

  2. Fill out the event creation form;

  3. The moderator will review your request;

  4. If the moderator approves your event, a new page called “Event management” will appear in your profile menu. You will then need to open the management panel and complete a few remaining settings: add a logo, create additional pages and links if needed, and configure page access in different languages.

Done! Your event has been published and now appears in the scientific calendar.
